Sadhana, Upasana Startup Guides for Sadhakas and Upasakas

Sadhanas are only for “Male” jeevas born from “Brahmin” father.

Other jeevas should not follow any method given here as Ashram, Dham or Mahaguru Ji do not take any responsibility of their safety.

Jeevas not born from a Brahmin father can do upasana, or can indulge in small seva to their Ishta after taking permission from their guru who must be born from a brahmin father.

No Sadhana should be done without a Guru, as sadhanas can end Maya of a jeeva if not done correctly.

Sadhana and Guidance

New Sadhanas will be added over time.

Aim of this collection is to guide Brahmin children.

Non-brahmins can benefit by practicing same but in the form of Upasana, and not Sadhana.

Non brahmins doing Sadhana without having permission of a Brahmin guru, unequivocally enter Pishacha Loka as that is cosmic law. Jeevas have to do karma across many lifetimes and reach certain spiritual status before Gods can make contact with them, otherwise following same procedure may give similar result after extra efforts, but ultimately their spiritual journey is ruined. Therefore its important to follow the vidhi nishedha of adhikar and kartavya while following your dharma.

Through Upasana itself, a non-brahmin jeeva can achieve same status as a Brahmin jeevas by putting efforts as follows :

Kshatriya – 2X efforts

Vaishya – 3X efforts
