Course Deliverables : Online course Videos and text pdfs to guide on various steps of Upasana/Sadhana, to prepare one’s body, mind and soul to start life as a upasaka/sadhaka.

Course Essentials :

• Upasak should know basics of dharma
• upasak should be willing to learn new things and be able to discard misconceptions
