Yes. Hari Darbar is based on Astrology and Shastras and hence details of the devotee are needed before a guidance can be given. 

You need to tell this before getting your token. Birth date can be determined using some methods, and token donation in such case is ₹21000 . 

No, Ashram does not take any guarantee of making any change in anyone's life. What a person can get or cannot get is determined purely based on their Karma.

In Darbar, methods given by our great Rishis is employed to just provide a guidance, and make a prediction based on natal charts, it may or maynot come true based on Karma of individual devotee. 

Those who believe in the divinity of Dharma Shastras, and ability of Mahaguru Ji can take token and book their consult. Those looking for some miracle without doing any karma can keep away from any Ashram services. 

Ek Sattva Ashram and Siddharaj Dham is a private place of worship, and does not offer any free services. General public having an active token can take "darshan" of the divine Ek Sattva Tree at Ashram. Every Ashram service requires donation, which helps us in maintenance and promotion of Ashram's path of spirituality.

People needing guarantee from spiritual services, should keep away from Ek Sattva Ashram services. 

No. A Refund is not possible under any circumstances for Consultation fees/donation, or any Ashram services that have already been provided. 

No Ashram service guarantees any result. Its upto the cosmos to honour any predictions or any procedures done at Ashram, no human can take guarantee for such things, and neither Ashram does so. 

As has been told earlier, neither a specific outcome is guaranteed from consultation, nor from any predictions, nor from any services offered by Ashram. It is upto the belief of the devotee if they want to seek any services of the Ashram, or find an alternative if they wish to. 

Ashram does not provide a customer service. Its a spiritual center, and caters to devotees of God, and is not a place for maniacs seeking conflict.
