Not every rosary can be used for Sadhana or Upasana. It is recommended to give daan to your guru, and ask him to do praan pratishtha of your mala. If guru doesn’t know procedure, you can share the below procedure with them.
First point to note, we are giving this information here for “cheap” sadhakas, who are at very low level in their spiritual journey (always know where you stand, and do not lie to yourself or have any thoughts of delusion of grandeur) , and hence do not want to spend money on their religious practice. Know that as a Sadhaka, by doing so, or by thinking so, you are actually failing at step 1 of sadhana.
Without getting rid of all connections with the Maya, no pratyaksheekaran will be possible, but yes, attempts will be counted, and slowly, steadily through practice across many births, such jeevas too are able to do pratyaksheekaran through Ishta Kripa.
Use below method to do Mala Sanskar.
Samagri :
- Jaap mala
- Gau mutra with Panch Gavya
- Gangajal
- Tamba plate
Mantra :
ॐ अं आं इं ईं उं ऊं त्रृं ऋं लृं ऌं एं ऐं ओं औं अं अः कं खं गं घं ङं चं छं जं झं ञं टं ठं डं ढं णं तं थं दं धं नं पं फं बं भं मं यं रं लं वं शं षं सं हं क्षं |
Wash your Mala with Panchgavya while chanting above mantra.
Then wash Mala with Gangajal :
ॐ सद्योजातं प्रपद्यामि सद्योजाताय वै नमो नमः |
भवे भवे नाति भवे भवस्व मां भवोद्भवाय नमः ||
Apply Kumkum, chandana on to the Mala.
ॐ वामदेवाय नमः
ॐ ज्येष्ठाय नमः
ॐ श्रेष्ठाय नमः
ॐरुद्राय नमः
ॐ कलविकरणाय नमः
ॐ बलविकरणाय नमः
ॐ बलाय नमः
ॐ बल प्रमथनाय नमः
ॐ सर्वभूत दमनाय नमः
ॐ मनोन्मनाय नमः
Offer dhoop and deep to the Mala
Time to pray to the Mala. Touch the gaumukhi, offer one spoon gangajal on the gaumukhi (this part to be repeated everyday even during sadhana, in all sadhanas)
ॐ ऐं अक्षमालिकायै नमः |
ॐ मां माले महामाये सर्वशक्तिस्वरूपिणीम |
चतुर्वर्गस्त्वयी न्यस्तः तस्मान्मे सिद्धिदा भव ||
ॐ अक्षमालाधिपतये सुसिद्धिं देहि देहि
सर्वमन्त्रार्थ साधिनी साधय साधय
सर्वसिद्धिं परिकल्पय परिकल्पय में स्वाहा |
ॐ अविघ्नं कुरु माले त्वं गृह्णामि दक्षिणे करे |
जपकाले च सिध्यर्थं प्रसीद मम सिद्धये ||
Then do “Om Hreem Svaha” one rosary jaap on the Mala, to invite Mayamaya devi to sit on the Mala to complete the praan prateeshtha in your Mala.
